Diving
Using a 3-meter springboard or diving from a 10-meter high platform, divers perform a complicated series of somersaults performing incredible spins in the air, based on the rotation techniques in a straight, tucked or piked position.
Divers compete individually or as part of a two-person team (synchronized). Synchronized diving events maintain the same criteria used in individual diving, where athletes synchronize each movement in each stage of diving from the springboard or platform.
