8. E-marketing, what is SPAM and what is the position of Lima 2019 on SPAM emails?
SPAMMING is where unsolicited emails are sent, without the recipient’s consent, containing advertisements or marketing related materials. Lima 2019 acts according to the current laws and therefore does NOT send SPAM emails. Lima 2019 uses an anti-SPAM tool to protect our employees from SPAMMING. Sending emails without consent is illegal in many countries.
Lima 2019 will not use your personal information (including your email address) for direct marketing or follow-up communications, unless you give us your EXPRESS permission. This is called an “OPT-IN” consent. Also, Lima 2019 does not share your personal information with Third Parties who intend to use your personal information for SPAM emails. Lima 2019 applications give you the opportunity to receive marketing information by email. Each email sent by Lima 2019 gives you the opportunity, at any time, to stop receiving marketing emails.

9. How long does Lima 2019 keep your personal information for?
Lima 2019 may store the personal information that you send to us through this application in its own databases, such as its Customer Relationship Marketing database. Your personal information will be kept by Lima 2019 only for as long as it is reasonably necessary taking into consideration our need to answer queries or resolve problems, provide improved and new services and comply with legal requirements under applicable legislation. This means that we may retain your personal data for a reasonable period of time even after you have stopped using the Lima 2019 services or have stopped using this application. 11. Does Lima 2019 link to third party applications and, if so, what happens to my personal information when this linking happens?
Lima 2019 links to other applications in order to offer you an opportunity to review interesting information related to Lima 2019. These Third-Party applications are outside of our control and are not covered by the content of this Privacy Notice. If you access other applications using the links provided, the operators of these applications may collect your personal information. 12. What happens to my personal information when I email a Lima 2019 application to someone else?
Some of our applications may provide you with the opportunity to email an application’s address to another person.
