For contractors, interested suppliers and general public, in all procurement processes related to Pan American Game’s Legacy Venues, exists a strict policy of transparency, direct and equal treatment for potential bidders.

In this sense, an official email account has been enabled ([email protected]), for any clarification or query from interested parties.

PROCUREMENT PROCESSES

Here you will find information about procurement processes that will be carried out, regarding Pan American Game’s Legacy Venues.

In relation to procurement processes linked to Works at Legacy Venues, as well as the procurement of Sports Venues Management Service (Facility Management), shall be considered these will be managed under Government to Government mechanism, within the framework of Agreement signed with United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Government.

In this sense, in a similar way to what worked for development of Pan American Games, the United Kingdom’s Government will provide technical assistance as a Procurement Agent for the procurement of aforementioned services, and both national and international suppliers can equally participate in refered processes.

SPORT FACILITY MANAGEMENT

Contracting the Sports Venues or Sports Facilities Management service (Sport Facility Management) in compliance with international standards for the integrated operation and maintenance of five (5) Sports Venues under the administration of the Proyecto Especial Legado Juegos Panamericanos y Parapanamericanos, which includes National Sports Village (VIDENA), Villa El Salvador Sports Center, Andrés Avelino Cáceres Sports Complex in Villa María del Triunfo, Punta Rocas High Performance Surf Center, and Pan American Complex located on Costa Verde.

INVESTMENT PROJECTS (WORKS)

Design and implement infrastructure and equipment within the grounds of the National Sports Village - VIDENA for the development of adequate biomedical assistance to athletes and thus contribute to the preservation of health in the practice of sport. To this end, it is planned to build the second stage of the biomedical building, using an area of approximately 2000 m2, as well as to acquire and install medical and sports equipment.
