Boccia
Boccia was adapted from the old Italian game bocce, which was practiced since the Roman Empire. Bocce was inspired by a similar game from the Egyptian Empire that dates back over 5,000 years.
The objective is to throw six balls of the same color (blue or red) as close as possible to a jack (white target ball). The athletes may throw the ball with their hands, feet or head (by using some accessories), according to their capacity.
