Sport review
It made its debut at the Seoul 1988 Olympic Games. Studies show that the practice of this sport improves reaction time, eye-hand coordination, concentration and memory.
It is played on a rectangular table. Players use wooden rackets and plastic balls with a diameter of 40 mm and a weight of 2.7 grams. Each match lasts one hour. The service is rotary after two points where the ball must be thrown at least 16 cm high.
