It joins the two medals in taekwondo and race walking.
Peruvian Vania Torres fought until the end to catch a good wave, but she was only awarded silver in SUP surfing. This competition took place at Punta Rocas beach.
The Peruvian athlete lost the final to Colombian Isabella Gómez, who qualified from the repechage.
This is the fourth silver medal for Peru, after the one obtained by Marcela Castillo and Hugo del Castillo in taekwondo and Kimberly García in race walking.
