It is developed in two stages: qualification and final. The first stage consists of two routines: one including special requirements and another that is voluntary. And for the men and women finals, a special routine will be performed. The top eight athletes will go directly to the final. Three factors are evaluated: D (difficulty), E (execution) and T (flight time). The trampoline is a special event, as it may launch athletes up to nine meters into the air and they combine control, speed, power, flying and elegance. Canada is the leader of the medal table with five gold medals. The Lima 2019 venue will be the Villa El Salvador Sports Center.
